Gratitude

Gratitude isn’t just a feeling, it’s a tool to wield focus. Through intentional reflection practices, We learn how to use gratitude as a mechanism for staying grounded, reducing reactivity, and enhancing resilience.

Gratitude in the HEO framework is not about ignoring struggle, it is acknowledging progress as we do through it. It reminds us to reflect on how far we’ve come, to recognize the gifts in even the hardest moments, and to refuel with perspective, humility, and hope.

What Is Focus Fuel?

Focus Fuel refers to the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual inputs we consume daily, what we listen to, think about, watch, believe, feel, and surround ourselves with. These inputs shape how we see the world and, more importantly, how we respond to it.

In the HEO mindfulness framework, we learn how to evaluate and intentionally refine Focus Fuel to align with personal and shared values. When we become aware of what we’re pouring into ourselves, we can begin to pour better into others.
